Outdoor Vitals presents a little documentary about the "best 100 miles" on the Appalachian Trail, covering the distance from Damascus, Virginia, to Marion, Virginia. Tayson and Tyler set out to celebrate Trail Days with the Appalachian Trail thru-hikers and face the rain, the elevation loss and gain, crazy people looking for "Gandolf", and a bear. Or was it a deer? Or some other wild animal? For many, the best part of the AT is Grayson Highlands, and between that and Trail Days, the Outdoor Vitals crew set out to experience it in less than 4 days of hiking, averaging over 20 miles per day.
